摘要
目的研究身心一体化护理促进足月分娩初产妇角色转换及母乳喂养率的效果。方法选取320例足月分娩初产妇,根据入院时间先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组160例。对照组应用常规住院护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用身心一体化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组干预后初产妇角色转变评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组初产妇完全母乳喂养率70.00%高于对照组的46.25%,完全奶粉喂养率3.13%均低于对照组的18.13%(P<0.05)。结论足月分娩初产妇经身心一体化护理干预可提高母乳喂养率,促使初产妇尽快适应母亲角色。
Objective To study the effect of mind-body integrated nursing on role conversion and breastfeeding rate of full-term parturient.Methods 320 full-term parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time,with 160 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hospitalization nursing,and the observation group was treated with mind-body integrated nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The role change score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total breast-feeding rate in the observation group was 70.00%higher than that in the control group(46.25%),and the total breast-feeding rate of 3.13%was lower than that in the control group(18.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical and mental integration nursing intervention can improve the breastfeeding rate and make the primipara adapt to the role of mother as soon as possible.
