穴位热敷与按摩在脓毒症肠功能障碍患者护理中的应用分析

Application of Acupoint Hot Compress and Massage in Nursing Care of Patients with Sepsis Intestinal Dysfunction

目的分析穴位热敷与按摩在脓毒症肠功能障碍患者护理中应用效果。方法随机选取2021年5月—2023年4月福建省第二人民医院重症医学科收治的80例脓毒症肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上应用穴位热敷与按摩进行护理。比较两组患者干预前与干预7 d后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)、Piper疲乏量表(Revised Piper Fatigue Scale,RPFS)、舒适状况量表(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)评分以及护理满意度。结果干预7 d后,研究组PSQI评分为(7.23±1.58)分低于对照组的(10.23±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.308,P<0.05)。研究组GCQ评分(96.65±15.02)分高于对照组(82.65±16.03)分,研究组RPFS评分低于对照组,研究组的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论穴位热敷与按摩在脓毒症肠功能障碍护理中取得了较为理想的效果,其通过促进肠功能恢复,改善相关临床症状,有效保障了患者的机体舒适度与睡眠质量,缓解其疲乏感,且提高了护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint hot compress and massage in nursing care of patients with sep-sis intestinal dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 patients with sepsis intestinal dysfunction admitted to the Depart-ment of critical Care Medicine of Fujian Second People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were randomly se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to a random number table.The control group took routine nursing measures,and the study group applied acupoint hot com-press and massage on the basis of nursing.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale were compared between the two groups before intervention and 7 days after intervention RPFS,General Com-fort Questionnaire(GCQ)and nursing satisfaction.Results After 7 days of intervention,PSQI score of the study group(7.23±1.58)points was lower than that of the control group(10.23±2.06)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.308,P<0.05)points.The GCQ score of the study group(96.65±15.02)points was higher than that of the control group(82.65±16.03)points,the RPFS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint hot compress and massage have achieved ideal results in the nursing of septic intestinal dysfunction.By promoting the recovery of intestinal function,improving re-lated clinical symptoms,effectively guaranteeing the body comfort and sleep quality of patients,alleviating their fa-tigue,and improving nursing satisfaction.
