Exploration and Practice of Matching Electrical Majorswith the New Energy Industry

本文在“双碳”背景下,为满足光伏新能源企业的大量人才空缺,提出“七个一”探索思路。并结合包头职业技术学院电气类专业的转型升级,实现学生、教师、企业三方融合,从而开辟了校企合作的新路径,提高了学生的专业技能和人文素质。

Based on the“Double Carbon”,the paper puts forward the idea of“seven one”to meet the large number of talent vacancies in photovoltaic new energy enterprises.Combining with the transformation and upgrading of electrical majors in Baotou Vocational&Technical College,the integration of students,teachers and enterprises is realized to open up a new path of school-enterprise cooperation,which improves students’professional skills and humanistic quality.
