壮医点穴疗法配合指压邱氏穴治疗结石性肾绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Combination of Zhuangyi Acupoint Therapy and Finger Pressure on Qiushi Acupoint in the Treatment of Renal Colic Caused by Stones

目的深度挖掘壮医点穴疗法配合指压邱氏穴治疗结石性肾绞痛的临床优势,临床观察该治疗方法确切的治疗效果,为进一步探索研究及推广该治疗方法的临床应用打下坚实基础。方法将结石性肾绞痛患者116例随机分为观察组41例、治疗1组38例、治疗2组37例,观察组采用壮医点穴疗法配合指压邱氏穴,治疗1组使用复方双氯芬酸钠注射液,治疗2组采用壮医点穴疗法配合指压邱氏穴联合使用复方双氯芬酸钠注射液,三组分别从止痛起效时间、止痛疗效、24小时复发率、不良反应等方面作比较。结果观察组与治疗1组比较,观察组在止痛起效时间(3.17±0.92、18.21±2.82)、治疗后VAS评分(1.37±1.43、3.21±1.74)、显效率(87.80%、50.00%)、总有效率(95.12.%、76.32%)占有明显的优势,具有显著差异性(P<0.05);治疗2组24小时复发率明显低于观察组及治疗1组(P<0.05);观察组未发现不良反应。结论壮医点穴疗法配合指压邱氏穴治疗结石性肾绞痛具有疗效好、不良反应少等优势,同时联合镇痛药物的治疗,可进一步提高止痛效果,明显降低疼痛复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical advantages of Zhuangyi acupoint therapy combined with finger pressure on Qiushi acupoint in the treatment of renal colic caused by stones,and to observe the exact therapeutic effect of this treatment method in clinical practice.This will lay a solid foundation for further exploration,research,and promotion of the clinical application of this treatment method.Method 116 patients with renal colic caused by stones were randomly divided into an observation group of 41 cases,a treatment group of 38 cases,and a treatment group of 37 cases.The observation group received Zhuang medicine acupoint therapy combined with finger pressure on Qiushi acupoint.The treatment group received compound diclofenac sodium injection,while the treatment group received Zhuang medicine acupoint therapy combined with finger pressure on Qiushi acupoint combined with compound diclofenac sodium injection.The three groups were divided into three groups:the onset time of pain relief,the efficacy of pain relief,and the 24-hour recurrence rate Compare adverse reactions and other aspects.Result Compared with the treatment group 1,the observation group had significant advantages in pain relief onset time(3.17±0.92,18.21±2.82),post treatment VAS score(1.37±1.43,3.21±1.74),significant efficiency(87.80%,50.00%),and total effective rate(95.12%,76.32%),with significant differences(P<0.05);The 24-hour recurrence rate of treatment group 2 was significantly lower than that of observation group and treatment group 1(P<0.05);No adverse reactions were found in the observation group.Conclusion The combination of Zhuangyi acupoint therapy and finger pressure on Qiushi acupoint has the advantages of good therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of renal colic caused by stones.At the same time,the combination of analgesic drugs can further improve the analgesic effect and significantly reduce the recurrence rate of pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
