摘要
上海是我国最早展开低运量公交规划研究的城市之一,通过对上海市低运量轨道发展实践成效和问题的总结分析,从功能定位、布局模式、制式选择等角度,提出不同场景下低运量轨道规划发展策略:在主城区主要承担补充轨道交通网络的作用,重点整合常规公交走廊,提升通道功能;在外围新城主要承担客运系统的骨干作用,优化多层次公交发展模式;在新城发展初期具备培育客流、预留未来向轨道交通过渡条件的作用。最后,提出各系统在不同场景下适应性及资源共享基本原则。
Shanghai is one of the earliest cities in China to conduct low-capacity rail planning research.Through a summary and analysis of low-capacity rail development practices in Shanghai,from the perspective of functional positioning,layout mode,system selection,etc.,the development strategy of low-volume rail planning in different scenarios is proposed:mainly assume the role of supplementing the rail transit network in the main urban area,focus on integrating the conventional public transit corridor,and improve the channel function;In the peripheral new cities,it mainly undertakes the backbone role of the passenger transport system and optimizes the multi-level public transport development mode;At the initial stage of the development of the new city,it has the function of cultivating passenger flow and reserving the transition conditions to rail transit in the future.Finally,the basic principles of adaptability and resource sharing of each system in different scenarios are proposed.
