某柴油机连杆的有限元强度分析

摘要 连杆是内燃机重要的动力传递零件,连接活塞和曲轴将活塞的往复运动转换为曲轴的旋转运动并将活塞组上的作用力传递给曲轴,其上承受由活塞传递而来的燃气压力和活塞连杆组本身的惯性力以及衬套轴瓦和螺栓所产生的装配预紧力作用。随着柴油机朝着高速高负载方向不断发展,对连杆强度的要求也在不断提高,设计时应保证连杆具有足够的强度和刚度。本文使用Simlab和Abaqus基于某型号六缸发动机连杆进行有限元计算,对主要载荷进行了解释,得到装配,最大受压,最大受压工况下的应力分布,为发动机连杆的设计优化和强度校核提供依据。 The connecting rod is an important power transmission component of an internal combustion engine.It connects the piston and crankshaft,converting the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the crankshaft,and transmitting the force on the piston group to the crankshaft.It bears the gas pressure transmitted by the piston,the inertia force of the piston connecting rod group itself,and the pre tightening force generated by the bushing and bolts.As diesel engines continue to develop towards high speed and high load,the requirements for the strength of the connecting rods are also constantly increasing.When designing,it is necessary to ensure that the connecting rods have sufficient strength and stiffness.This article uses simlab and abaqus to perform finite element calculations on a certain type of six cylinder engine connecting rod,The main load parameters are explained,obtaining the stress distribution under assembly,maximum compression,and maximum compression condition.This provides a theoretical basis for the design optimization and strength verification of engine connecting rods.
