基于MCD的多工位生产线运动仿真研究

摘要 为了演示多工位生产线的工作和调试过程,解决目前实训教学中面临的价格昂贵、安全事故频发、设备故障率高等问题,西门子NX MCD(Mechatronics Concept Design)机电概念设计仿真软件提供了一种解决方法。针对某工件的加工生产线,以多个工作站联合完成工件的自动取料、视觉检查、分拣、数控加工、自动打磨和自动仓储。学生通过该技术可以全面掌握机电、电气自动化、工业机器人等诸多学科知识和技能。 Siemens NX MCD(Mechatronics Concept Design)simulation software provides a solution,in order to demonstrate the working and debugging process of multi-station production line,and solve the problems of expensive price,frequent safety accidents and high equipment failure rate now faced in the course of practical training and teaching.As for the workpiece processing line for a specific workpiece,multiple workstations are utilized to collaboratively complete the automatic picking,visual inspection,sorting,CNC machining,automatic grinding,and automatic storage of the workpiece.With the help of this technology,students can gain thorough knowledge and abilities in a variety of fields,such as electromechanics,electric automation,and industrial robotics.
