研发一种沥青道路施工过程中,路侧台阶的铣刨设备,该设备通过将铣刨鼓由中间布置创新性的设置为一侧布置,使用过程中,铣削方向由从上到下(铣削前垫料,铣削后清理垫料),改为从下向上(无需垫料清料),解决了沥青道路铺设过程中,路侧台阶的铣刨问题,该设备极大地提高了生产效率,施工灵活、铣刨方便,可以适用于不同的路侧地形,应用范围广。该装备的研发推广,将突破高等级公路拓宽施工过程中路侧台阶切割成型的“卡脖子”问题,解决道路新旧路面拼接质量难题;同时,该类专用工程装备的开发和推广,将为国家工程机械行业提供具有自主产权的道路施工专用装备,填补国内外道路维护拓宽专用铣刨设备的空白,有利于工程机械装备品类在道路施工市场的高质量发展。
