摘要
基于Autoform仿真软件对汽车的引擎盖外板进行了数值模拟和成形仿真研究,通过对引擎盖外板冲压成形的仿真结果进行分析,对部分参数进行优化,使得仿真结果更加符合实际生产应用。主要是针对冲压成形中可能出现的开裂、起皱等问题进行了技术研究,并根据数值模拟结果,及时预测了因拉延过度板料变薄造成拉裂等技术问题的区域,并制定了冲压技术措施,从而提高了引擎盖外板成形模具的利用率,极大地减少了模具修复及操作的时间,使修模变得更为简单。
Based on the Autoform simulation software,the numerical simulation and forming simulation of the outer plate of the hood of the automobile were studied,and the simulation results of the outer plate of the hood were analyzed and some parameters were optimized,so that the simulation results were more in line with the actual production application.It is mainly for the technical research on the cracking,wrinkling and other problems that may occur in stamping and forming,and according to the numerical simulation results,the area of technical problems such as cracking caused by excessive drawing sheet thinning is predicted in time,and the stamping technical measures are formulated,so as to improve the utilization rate of the hood outer plate forming die,greatly reduce the time of mold repair and operation,and make the mold repair simpler.
