摘要
在汽车工业快速发展的新时代,不断加强技术研究和创新,才能不断提升车辆的安全性和稳定性,为广大车主提供更加安心的出行体验。为了能够更好的节约汽车电气系统成本,本文对于BCM负载控制系统完成了相对电流反馈装置的设计,其中包含了电路过载和短路故障以及开路故障的相关诊断方式。能够及时的针对部分工作电流完成有效的监测,也能够针对负载电流的具体转变情况以及驱动方案挑选与其相对的型号,对其产生的过载故障现象以及短路故障给予了精准的判断,让负载启动关闭都保持在一个正常状态。这样不仅可以实现原本的负载控制系统,并且还可以再出现短路故障和过载故障的过程中完成闭合保护。
In order to better save the cost of automotive electrical systems,this article has completed the design of a relative current feedback device for the BCM load control system,which includes relevant diagnostic methods for circuit overload,short circuit faults,and open circuit faults.Capable of timely and effective monitoring of partial working currents,as well as selecting corresponding models based on specific changes in load currents and driving schemes,providing accurate judgments on overload and short circuit faults,ensuring that load startup and shutdown are maintained in a normal state.This not only achieves the original load control system,but also completes the closing protection in the process of short circuit faults and overload faults.
