摘要
船舶超高与越线监测技术是船闸安全管控系统的关键技术。故设计一种船舶超高与越线监测系统,结合船舶进闸感知系统,同步水位系统、船舶视频与控制联动系统,实时监测船舶的进闸高度,防止船舶超高撞到闸门上方桥梁。同时根据水面和水体的特性检测船舶的停靠状态,利用多点测量技术,在船闸室上下游各建两道红外或激光监控线,通过设备联动,有效获取闸室的运行状态信息,对船舶是否出现越界现象进行判断。所设计的超高与越线监测系统具有超高与越线检测功能、LED警示功能、视频监控功能、网络报警功能以及智能方向识别功能等多种功能,可以联动视频系统抓拍违规船舶通航证据,为相关海事部门进一步取证工作提供了较大便利性。
The monitoring technology of ship superelevation and over line is a key technology in the safety control system of ship locks.Therefore,a monitoring system for ship superelevation and crossing the line is designed,which combines the ship's entrance gate perception system,synchronous water level system,ship video and control linkage system,to monitor the ship's entrance gate height in real-time and prevent the ship's superelevation from colliding with the bridge above the gate.At the same time,the docking status of ships is detected based on the characteristics of the water surface and water body.Using multi-point measurement technology,two infrared or laser monitoring lines are built upstream and downstream of the ship lock chamber.Through equipment linkage,the operating status information of the lock chamber is effectively obtained,and whether the ship has exceeded the boundary is judged.The designed ultra high and over line monitoring system has multiple functions such as ultra high and over line detection,LED warning function,video monitoring function,network alarm function,and intelligent direction recognition function.It can link the video system to capture evidence of illegal vessel navigation,providing great convenience for relevant maritime departments to further collect evidence.
