零件数控车削加工工艺设计与仿真加工

摘要 数控加工技术具有高精度、高效率和自动化的特点,因此,广泛应用于制造领域的机械加工环节。轴类零件安装在箱体内部,具有支撑旋转零件、传递运动和转矩的作用,是机器中的重要零件之一,是一种典型的回转体零件。文章以传动轴为例,介绍数控车削加工工艺设计过程,包括零件图分析、毛坯和定位基准选择、夹具刀具选择以及加工工艺过程。为验证加工工艺的正确性,运用UG软件进行仿真模拟加工,结果表明加工工艺编制正确,进而生成传动轴数控车削加工程序。 CNC machining technology has the characteristics of high precision,high efficiency,and automation,therefore,it is widely used in the mechanical machining process in the manufacturing field.Axis components are installed inside the box and have the function of supporting rotating parts,transmitting motion and torque.They are one of the important parts in machines and are a typical type of rotating component.The article takes the transmission shaft as an example to introduce the process of CNC turning machining process design,including part drawing analysis,blank and positioning reference selection,fixture tool selection,and machining process.To verify the correctness of the machining process,UG software was used for simulation and machining,and the results showed that the machining process was programmed correctly,thereby generating a CNC turning program for the transmission shaft.
