摘要 新技术革命发展引发了中国产业结构的升级和职业岗位的嬗变,为适应新一轮科技革命浪潮、产业变革及新经济发展的现实需要,高职教育应立足新发展阶段的时代高度,聚焦职业岗位需求,以教学过程对接生产过程为切入点,推进人才培养模式改革。课程体系的重构与优化是高职复合型人才培养模式创新与教育教学改革内涵建设的重要载体。本文以高职汽车制造与试验技术专业为例,开展课程体系现状与重构理路分析,提出立足产业岗位层级职业能力需求、融合1+X职业技能等级标准等理念方法,开展人才培养模式与课程体系构建教学改革研究,为培养适应产业需求的复合型人才提供实践参考。 The upgrading of industrial structure and the evolution of professional positions triggered by the development of new technological revolution.Higher vocational education should promote the reform of personnel training mode in the new development stage.Focusing on the needs of professional positions and connecting the teaching process with the production process to meet the requirements of the new wave of scientific technological revolution,industrial change and new economic development.The reconstruction and optimization of curriculum system is an important carrier for the innovation of personnel training mode and the construction of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Taking automobile manufacturing and test technology major of higher vocational colleges as an example.The present situation of the curriculum system and its reconstruction are analyzed.Based on the professional ability needs of the industrial position level and integrating vocational skill level standards of the 1+X are proposed.Personnel training model and curriculum system construction teaching reform are studied.The practical reference is provided for training compound talents to meet the needs of the industry.
