两河口电站砂板岩顺层断层灌浆试验研究及应用

摘要 两河口电站厂房位于库首,岩层陡倾且近垂直河流,并有数条顺层断层穿过帷幕,渗径短、渗压大,对厂区渗漏及渗透稳定影响较大。通过针对性压水及灌浆试验研究,揭示了陡倾顺层断层及细微裂隙水泥灌浆后,虽质量检查合格,但仍有一定程度的透水性,经过水泥化学复合灌浆处理后,防渗效果明显。工程实践证明,水泥化学复合灌浆是解决高水头断层及细微裂隙防渗可靠性及耐久性的一种有效方法,可为其他类似工程的设计施工参考。 The plant of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station is located at the reservoir head,with steeply dipping rock layers nearly perpendicular to the river flow.Several bedding plane faults pass through the grout curtain,resulting in short seepage paths and high seepage pressure,which significantly impact the seepage and permeation stability of the plant area.Through targeted hydrostatic and grouting tests,it was revealed that steeply dipping bedding plane faults and fine fissures,even after being cement grouted and passing quality inspections,still exhibit a certain degree of permeability.However,after treatment with cement-chemical composite grouting,the anti-seepage effect was significantly enhanced.Engineering practice has proven that cement-chemical composite grouting is an effective method to solve the reliability and durability of anti-seepage in high head faults and fine fissures.It can serve as a reference for the design and construction of other similar projects.
