The concepts of cognitive electronic warfare are developing rapidly in the U.S.military,and they have carried out numerous research projects.In order to analyze the current development status of its key technologies and assess its future development trends,from the four perspectives of U.S.universities,think tanks,military research institutions,and manufacturers,and through the study of open literature such as papers,reports,and so on,this paper carries out an in-depth analysis of the development of the U.S.military key technologies for cognitive electronic warfare,especially its exploration of machine learning and artificial intelligence,and provides a more comprehensive review of the research directions,potential challenges,and corresponding key technological ideas in the field of U.S.military cognitive electronic warfare technology,and also gives insights from the aspects of data,models,platforms and applications.
