快速康复理念在骨科日间手术患者的临床应用

目的 探讨骨科日间手术患者应用快速康复护理理念及技术的优势。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2020年12月112例采用快速康复护理的骨科日间手术患者(观察组)及同期95例常规护理住院患者(对照组)的临床资料,比较两组护理满意度及相关评价指标。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者住院时间、住院费用均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 骨科日间手术患者采用快速康复护理,可以有效减少住院时间,降低住院费用,利于医疗费用控制,提高医疗机构效率。

Objective To explore the clinical advantages of applying rapid rehabilitation nursing concept and technology to patients undergoing orthopaedic day surgery.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 112 orthopaedic day surgery patients who chose rapid rehabilitation technology nursing in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 1,2020 and 95 routine nursing inpatients in the same period.The nursing satisfaction and related evaluation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the patients in the observation group were improved,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for orthopaedic day operation patients can effectively reduce the length of stay,reduce the cost of hospitalization,facilitate the control of medical expenses and improve the efficiency of medical institutions.
