接纳承诺疗法在青少年负性情绪中应用的范围综述

摘要 目的对接纳承诺疗法(acceptance and commitment therapy,ACT)在青少年负性情绪中应用的相关研究进行范围审查,为在青少年中开展相关干预提供参考依据。方法根据范围综述的方法,计算机检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、Embase、PsychINFO等中英数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年3月1日。搜集ACT在青少年负性情绪中应用的相关文献,对结果进行筛选、汇总和分析。结果共纳入19篇文献。对ACT在青少年负性情绪中的应用范围、干预策略及结局指标评价进行了总结与分析。结论ACT可有效缓解青少年的负性情绪,未来需探索个性化的干预方案,借助互联网、人工智能等载体,拓宽应用人群,开展更多高质量的随机对照研究。 Objective To review the scope of relevant studies on the application of acceptance and commitment therapy in adolescents’negative emotions,and to provide reference for intervention.Methods According to the method of scoping review,10 databases including CNKI,Wanfang data,PubMed,Embase and PsychINFO were searched by computer from inception to March 1,2024.Relevant literature on the application of ACT in adolescents’negative emotions were collected and the results screened,summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 19 papers were included to summarize and analyze the range of application,intervention strategy and outcome index evaluation.Conclusions ACT can effectively relieve adolescents’negative emotions.It is necessary to further explore personalized intervention programs,enlarge the target population with the help of the Internet,artificial intelligence and other carriers,and carry out more high-quality randomized controlled studies.
