摘要
本研究基于组态视角,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),以山东省213名幼儿园女教师为研究对象,考察羞快、社会支持和应对方式3个条件变量影响幼儿园女教师孤独感的条件组态,发现羞怯、社会支持和应对方式不是影响幼儿园女教师孤独感的必要条件。本研究进一步探究了影响幼儿园女教师“孤独感”和“非孤独感”的组合路径。
This study is based on the perspective of configuration and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to examine the conditional configuration of shyness,social support,and coping style on the loneliness of 213 female kindergarten teachers in Shandong Province.It is found that shyness,social support,and coping style are not necessary conditions to affect the loneliness of female kindergarten teachers.This study further explores the combined pathways that influence the feelings of loneliness and non-loneliness among female kindergarten teachers.
