摘要
国家标准GB/T 151—2014《热交换器》中对于双管板换热器的计算,需要给出内外管板的平均金属温度,但标准未给出管板平均金属温度的确定方法,为此,借助FLUENT软件对双管板换热器管板及其邻近流体区域的传热进行了数值模拟研究,在理论传热公式和数值模型基础上,对换热器在不同介质和不同流速下的温度场进行数值模拟,给出了双管板换热器内外管板平均金属温度的确定方法和简易计算公式,研究结果可有助于双管板换热器的设计,同时便于工程应用。
National standard GB/T 151—2014 specify the calculation of double tube sheet heat exchanger needs tube sheet mean mental temperature.But the calculation method of tube sheet mean temperature has not been given in the standard.Use FLUENT software to study the heat transfer characteristics in tubesheet and its adjacent fluid region of double tube sheet heat exchanger.Based on the heat transfer theoretical model,paper summarizes all the simulation results in different fluid and velocity of heat exchanger.In addition,paper gives the calculation method and simple formula for mean metal temperature of tube sheet in double tube sheet heat exchanger.The results of research can be used for the design of double tube sheet heat exchanger and applicable to engineering application.
