煤气化装置洗涤系统腐蚀评估与控制研究

摘要 在煤气化过程中,原料煤中的碳、硫、氮和氯等元素会发生复杂反应生成不同种类的腐蚀性产物,在一定的条件下会表现出较强的腐蚀性,严重影响着煤气化及下游装置的安全稳定运行。文章以煤气化装置洗涤系统为研究对象,通过开展现场腐蚀监测与实验室腐蚀评价,获得了不同金属材料在洗涤系统粗合成气、黑水环境下的耐蚀性能,结合煤气化装置现场实际运行情况和工程实践经验,制定了设备及管道腐蚀控制策略。 In the process of coal gasification,elements such as carbon,sulfur,nitrogen and chlorine in the raw coal will undergo complex reactions to form different kinds of corrosive products,which will show strong corrosiveness under certain conditions,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of coal gasification and downstream unit.In this paper,taking the scrubber process of coal gasification unit as the research object,the corrosion resistance of different metal materials in the crude synthesis gas and black water environment of scrubber process was obtained by carrying out on-site corrosion monitoring and laboratory corrosion evaluation.The corrosion control strategy for equipment and pipeline has been developed based on the actual operation of coal gasification unit and engineering practice experience.
