摘要
折臂式高空作业车在进行高空作业时,在面对不同高度的风载时会出现振动,严重影响工作臂的稳定性和安全性。利用SolidWorks软件构建工作臂的三维模型,将模型以Step.格式导入到ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析前处理及模态分析。在模态分析的基础上开展频谱分析,得到工作臂在不同高度风载下的固有频率、振型、共振频率的重要信息。根据所得信息,对工作频率提出要求,并对结构问题进行简要改进,为折臂式高空作业车工作臂的性能预测和优化提供理论依据。
The knuckle boom aerial work platform will vibrate when facing wind loads at different heights during aerial work,which seriously affects the stability and safety of the working arm.SolidWorks software is used to construct a three-dimensional model of the working arm,and the model is imported into ANSYS software in Step.format for finite element analysis pre-processing and modal analysis.On the basis of modal analysis,spectral analysis is carried out to obtain important information about the intrinsic frequency,vibration mode and resonance frequency of the working arm under wind loads of different heights.Based on the obtained information,the working frequency is requested and the structural problems are briefly improved to provide a theoretical basis for the performance prediction and optimization of the working arm of knuckle boom aerial work platform.
