摘要
该研究旨在改造闲置小型吊管机,以适应当前长输管道市场的需求。针对目前市场管径设计为1219 mm的长输管道项目,要求吊管机的最低起重能力达到70 t。然而,小吨位吊管机由于起重能力和吊幅范围的限制已经无法满足需求,处于闲置状态。为了充分利用设备并满足市场需求,文中将对小型吊管机进行改造,使其具备吊焊机的各项功能,从而满足大口径长输管道全自动焊接工艺的配套设备使用能力。改造将充分考虑现有吊焊机的配套附件和布局方式,以提高设备的适应性和效率。通过对吊装副杆、滑轮及小钩的加装与优化设计,选用合适的安装位置并进行稳定性计算,以实现吊装操作的便捷性和安全性。最后,进行实验验证与分析,以评估改造后性能和可行性。该研究成果对于长输管道市场具有重要的实际意义,并为未来类似研究提供了有价值的参考。
This paper modifies idle small-sized pipe lifting machine to meet the demand for long-distance pipeline market.For long-distance pipeline projects with a designed diameter of 1219 mm,the pipe lifting machine is required to have a minimum lifting capacity of 70 t.However,small-tonnage pipe lifting machines are currently idle due to the limitations of lifting capacity and range.In order to fully utilize the equipment and meet market demands,we modify the small-sized pipe lifting machine to provide all the functions of a lifting and welding machine,thus enabling it to be used as supporting equipment for automatic welding processes in large-diameter long-distance pipelines.The modification will fully take into account the accessories and layout of existing lifting and welding machines in order to improve the adaptability and efficiency of the equipment.By adding and optimizing the installation positions of lifting auxiliary rods,pulleys,and small hooks,and conducting stability calculations,the convenience and safety of lifting operations will be realized.Finally,experimental verification and analysis will be conducted to evaluate the performance and feasibility.The results are of important practical significance for the long-distance pipeline market and provide valuable references for similar future research.
