摘要
针对某电子元件的生产工艺要求,需要对产品进行自动贴标。因工艺上的高精度要求及产品零件在自动生产线的位置偏移导致无法按照固定位置直接装配,所以需在装配前获取相关的实际坐标位置。基于产品生产工艺需求设计一台自动设备,以松下PLC为控制系统,6工位转盘为主体结构,配备了触摸屏、视觉检测、4轴机器人,最终设备实现稳定且高精度的自动贴标。
According to the production process requirements of an electronic component,it is necessary to label the product automatically.Due to the high precision requirements of the process and the position deviation of the product parts in the automatic production line,it is impossible to directly assemble according to the fixed position,so it is necessary to obtain the relevant actual coordinate position before assembly.This paper designs an automatic equipment based on the product production process requirements.Panasonic PLC acts as the control system,6-position turntable is the main structure,which is equipped with touch screen,visual inspection,4-axis robot.The equipment realizes stable and high-precision automatic labeling.
