摘要
为了解决智能制造设备实物电气调试成本高、风险大、周期长、不如实物调试直观等问题,以数控机床上下料电气控制调试为研究对象,构建了虚拟调试可视化平台。首先,通过以太网I/O模块把数控机床上下料I/O信号与电脑相连;其次,利用3D Max建模软件设计实物数字孪生模型,再利用Unity 3D软件进行可视化场景和虚拟调试动画设计;然后,开发以太网I/O模块数据采集软件,利用采集的输入数据驱动三维模型动画并输出相应的状态,最终达到上下料虚拟调试可视化的目的。研究表明,虚拟调试可视化技术减轻了实物调试成本,特别降低了调试可能引起的实物损坏风险和人身安全,增加了调试效果的直观性,提高了项目开发效率,该研究成果可以为类似智能制造设备调试提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of physical electrical debugging of intelligent manufacturing equipment,such as high cost,high risk,long cycle,and no physical debugging is not intuitive,this paper takes the electrical control debugging of NC machine tools as the research object,and constructs a virtual debugging visualization platform.Firstly,the I/O signals of loading and unloading of CNC machine tool are connected to the computer through Ethernet I/O module.Secondly,the physical digital twin model is designed using 3D Max modeling software.The visual scene and virtual commissioning animation are designed using Unity 3D software.The data acquisition software of Ethernet I/O module is developed.The collected input data is used to drive the animation of three-dimensional model and output the corresponding state.Finally,the visual purpose of loading and unloading virtual debugging is achieved.Virtual commissioning visualization technology reduces the cost of physical commissioning,especially reduces the risk of physical damage and personal safety that may be caused by commissioning,increases the intuition of commissioning effect and improves the efficiency of project development.The research results can provide reference for the commissioning of similar automation equipment.
