肉牛饲养管理与技术要点分析

摘要 牛肉是我国居民生活重要的肉食来源之一。近年来,随着国家进一步加大对农业产业经济的支持力度,我国肉牛养殖产业获得了迅速发展,但由于种种原因,肉牛养殖风险仍然较高。文章采用问题导向法,分三步进行相关论述。第一步,阐述发展肉牛养殖产业在助力乡村振兴、丰富肉食市场供应、优化利用农村资源等方面的重要意义;第二步,分析肉牛饲养管理过程中在牛舍环境、饲喂方式、饲料营养、疫病防治等方面存在的普遍问题;第三步,提出针对性的饲养管理方法和技术要点,以期为广大肉牛养殖户提供有益的经验借鉴,确保肉牛养殖产业健康、稳定、高质量及可持续性发展,为提升养殖户经济收入、完善农村产业结构、加快实现乡村振兴提供重要支撑。 Beef is one of the most important meat sources for Chinese people.The beef cattle breeding industry in our country has achieved rapid development in recent years with more support of our country for agricultural industry economy.However,the risk of beef cattle breeding is relatively high for various reasons.The paper adopted the problem-oriented method and discussed the related issues in three steps.The first step is to illustrate the significance of developing beef cattle breeding industry in promoting rural revitalization,enriching meat market supply and optimizing the utilization of rural resources.The second step is to analyze the common problems in the beef barns,feeding methods,feed nutrition,disease prevention and control in the process of beef cattle feeding and management.The third step is to put forward specific feeding management methods and technical points in order to provide useful experience for the majority of beef cattle farmers,to ensure the healthy,stable,high-quality and sustainable development of beef cattle breeding industry,and to support the improvement of the economic income of farmers,to perfect the rural industrial structure and to accelerate the realization of rural revitalization.
