益生芽孢杆菌在肉鸡生产中的应用进展及其应具备的特性

Research Progress on Probiotic Bacillus in Broiler Production and Its Possessed Properties

益生芽孢杆菌在调节畜禽肠道菌群、促进消化吸收、调节免疫反应及改善养殖环境等方面具有较大的应用潜力,但许多菌株存在定植效果差或携带毒力因子等限制因素而无法使用。文章结合芽孢杆菌在肉鸡生产中的应用研究,阐述芽孢杆菌的益生机制,并对益生芽孢杆菌的特性筛选提供方向,以期为芽孢杆菌的开发应用提供参考。

Probiotic Bacillus has great application potential in regulating gut microbiota of livestock and poultry,promoting digestion and absorption,regulating immune response and improving breeding environment.However,many strains have limita⁃tions such as poor colonization efficiency or carrying virulence factors that make them unusable.This article combined the appli⁃cation of Bacillus in broiler production,elaborated on the probiotic mechanism of Bacillus to provide direction for property screen⁃ing of probiotic Bacillus and reference for development and application of Bacillus.
