摘要
针对某微型车在用户使用过程中抱怨的轮胎异常磨损问题,通过理论分析和四轮定位参数的研究,识别了关键影响因素,运用六西格玛工具,采取实验设计等方式方法,寻找到合理的参数设计,最终通过样本验证和用户使用效果跟踪,有效解决了上述问题,提高了用户满意度。
Aiming at the problem of abnormal tire wear complained by users in the process of using a certain mini car,through theoretical analysis and research on four-wheel positioning parameters,the key influencing factors were identified,and reasonable parameter design was found by using six Sigma tools and experimental design methods.Finally,the above problems were effectively solved through sample verification and user use effect tracking.Improved user satisfaction.
