纯电动洒水车轻量化设计

Light Weight Design of Pure Electric Sprinkler

洒水车是常见的一种专用车辆,在园林绿化、工程建设、消防等方面应用广泛。纯电动洒水车由于需要输出一定的额定功率而必须负载比较大的电池组,从而导致整车的额定载重量(载水量)受到限制。文章在分析纯电动底盘的基础上,通过CAD对洒水车的罐体形状及材料进行优化设计,从而达到减轻整备质量,提高额定载重量(装水量)的目的,同时也为同类专用车罐体的轻量化设计提供了技术参考。

The sprinkler is a common special vehicle,which is widely used in landscaping,engineering construction,fire fighting and other aspects.Pure electric sprinkler due to the need to output a certain rated power and must load a relatively large battery pack,resulting in the vehicle's rated load(water load) is limited.Based on the analysis of pure electric chassis,the paper optimizes the shape and material of the tank by CAD,so as to reduce the repair mass and improve the rated load(water load),and also provides a technical reference for the lightweight design of the tank of the same kind of special vehicle.
