摘要
“电动汽车轻量化水平”是指电动汽车整车质量与燃油汽车整车质量的比值。轻量化是降低能耗、提高续航里程的有效手段,也是当前各国提升电动汽车市场竞争力的重要手段之一。研究表明,车辆自重每降低10%,续航里程可提升2%~3%。由于电池重量占车辆总重的20%~40%,轻量化是提升电池能量密度的重要途径。因此,当前新能源汽车轻量化主要围绕电池材料和结构优化展开。
"Lightweight level of electric vehicles" refers to the ratio of the mass of electric vehicles to the mass of fuel vehicles.Lightweight is an effective means to reduce energy consumption and increase range,and is also one of the important means for countries to enhance the competitiveness of the electric vehicle market.Research has shown that for every 10% reduction in vehicle weight,the range can be increased by 2% to 3%.Due to the fact that battery weight accounts for 20% to 40% of the total vehicle weight,lightweight is an important way to improve battery energy density.Therefore,the current lightweight of new energy vehicles mainly revolves around the optimization of battery materials and structures.
