摘要
玉米收割机作业环境复杂,对底盘机架的强度与可靠性要求极高。科学的焊接工艺和精确的焊接参数与底盘焊接强度息息相关,直接影响着底盘的结构强度和产品的整体质量。采用“假设检验与拟水平正交试验”组合法检验变量的显著性,通过设计与实施正交试验确定最佳参数。为了验证参数的合理性和有效性,运用有限元分析法对采用传统经验参数和最优参数焊接的底盘机架结构进行了对比,分析结果表明,采用最优参数法焊接的底盘强度更高,可有效提升玉米收割机底盘机架的焊接强度和抗疲劳性。
Corn harvesters operate in complex environments,demanding high strength and reliability from their chassis.The scientific welding process determines the working parameters,the welding strength of the chassis,and the overall quality of the product.To test the significance of variables,researchers use a combined method of"hypothesis testing"and"orthogonal experimentation".They determine optimal parameters through the design and implementation of orthogonal experiments.To verify the rationality and effectiveness of these parameters,finite element analysis is employed.This analysis compares frame structures welded with traditional empirical parameters against those welded with optimal parameters.The results show that using optimal parameters for welding creates a stronger chassis.This method effectively enhances the welding strength and fatigue resistance of the corn harvester's frame.
