有限元分析技术在农业机械设计中的应用研究

摘要 农业机械优化的目的是提升机具整体性能,使其满足可靠性、适应性、经济性等作业需求。以常见的农业机械为例,在设计过程中应用有限元分析技术进行力学分析和模拟,可解决以往机具性能优化时费时费力、难以全面评估等问题,为农业机械的设计和优化提供规范化、标准化、智能化依据,显著提升设计效率、降低研发成本。 The purpose of optimizing agricultural machinery is to improve the overall performance of the machinery,so that it meets operational requirements such as reliability,adaptability,and economy.Taking common types of agricultural machinery as an example,applying finite element analysis technology for mechanical analysis and simulation in the design process can solve problems such as time-consuming,laborious,and difficult to comprehensively evaluate the performance optimization of previous machinery,providing standardized,intelligent optimization basis for agricultural machinery design,significantly improving design efficiency,and reducing research and development costs.
