摘要
在Ansys Fluent软件中建立了不同横截面的液罐二维仿真模型,用准静态模型法和频率验证法来验证仿真模型的有效性。基于Fluent软件,计算出不同充液比下,不同横截面液罐产生的侧向力、侧倾力矩和液体晃动的固有频率。结果表明,基于Fluent的仿真法计算出的侧向力和侧倾力矩的峰值显著大于准静态值。本文所提出的优化液罐能有效降低液体晃动产生的侧向力和侧倾力矩,并能提高液体晃动的固有频率。
The two-dimensional simulation models of tank with different cross-sections were established in Ansys Fluent software.The quasi-static model method and frequency verification method were used to verify the validity of the simulation models.Based on the Fluent software,the lateral force,roll moment and natural frequency of liquid slosh generated by liquid tanks of different cross-sections under different filling ratios were calculated.The results showed that the peak value of the lateral force and roll moment calculated by the simulation method based on Fluent were significantly greater than the quasi-static value.The optimized liquid tank mentioned in this paper can effectively reduce the lateral force and roll moment caused by liquid sloshing,and increase the natural frequency of liquid sloshing.
