临床病理科入专业基地教育的实践与体会

入专业基地教育作为住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的第一环节,其质量将直接影响住培效率。临床病理科以病理诊断为主,专业性强,内容跨度大,如何做好住院医师的入专业基地教育,提高教学质量是本专业培训的难点。中南大学湘雅医院病理科结合专业基地的优势及本院的学科特色,通过包括入科教育和体系化课程学习在内的入专业基地教育,以线上-线下相结合的方式,在实践过程中不断探索和总结,建立了一套完整、系统的,极具专业特色的入专业基地的培训流程和教育体系,丰富了专业培训内容,极大地提高专业住培质量。

As the first step of standardized residency training,the quality of professional orientation will affect the efficiency of the standardized training.Given the extensive content and strong professionalism associated with the clinical pathology department,the challenges in achieving a successful professional orientation and enhancing teaching quality are particularly pronounced in this specialty.Combined with the advantages of our professional base and the discipline characteristics of our hospital,the training base of Pathology Department of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University has established a complete,systematic,and professional training process and education system for the professional base.This will greatly improve the training quality of standardized training for residents of this specialty.
