模拟法庭在急诊科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果

Application effect of moot court in the standardized training and teaching of emergency department residents

目的探讨基于医疗纠纷案例的模拟法庭在急诊科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学中的应用效果。方法选取该院2021年6月—2022年6月接受住培的42名住院医师为研究对象,根据年级分层后,随机分为两组,每组21名。其中对照组采用常规教学课程,观察组将常规培训课程中的案例教学课程替换为模拟法庭课程。比较两组住院医师培训后理论知识成绩、医法知识成绩和临床实践能力评价。结果观察组住院医师培训后医法知识成绩、Mini-CEX评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组培训后医学理论、Mini-CEX评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组在培训前后医法知识成绩方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于纠纷案例的模拟法庭课程能够提高住院医师医法知识水平和临床实践能力,具有推广的价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of moot court based on medical dispute cases in the teaching of standardized training for emergency department residents.Methods 42 residents who received standandized training in the Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.After stratification according to grades,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 21 people in each group.The control group used regular teaching courses.The observation group replaced case teaching courses in regular training courses with moot court courses.The theoretical knowledge scores,medical legal knowledge scores and Mini-CEX scores of the two groups after training were compared.Results After the training,the medical knowledge scores and Mini-CEX scores of the residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The medical theory and Mini-CEX scores of the two groups after the training were higher than before the training.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a statistically significant difference in medical law knowledge scores before and after training(P<0.05),while the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The moot court courses based on dispute cases can improve the medical legal knowledge and clinical practice ability of resident doctors,and has the value of promotion.
