摘要
高频数据处理技术以及5G通信技术在电子产品上得以应用,使电子产品在达到快速处理及高速通信的同时,也会对周围的环境产生出电磁干扰性问题;同时,其自身也会受周围环境所带来的电磁干扰,就是电磁干扰(EMI)及电磁抗扰(EMS)。因此,电子产品必须经过电磁兼容(EMC)设计,并通过相应标准规定的测试验证,才可以确保其电磁可靠性。该文首先介绍EMI以及EMS原理及传导方式;其次详细阐述电子产品的EMC设计方法,并通过相应案例说明EMC设计的重要性;最后对电子产品的测试标准进行介绍,对电子产品应该测试的项目、测试的方法进行说明。电子产品的电磁兼容性是设计出来的,是通过测试验证整改保证的。只有通过电磁相关性测试,才能确保其处于电磁环境中的工作可靠性。
High-frequency data processing technology and 5G communication technology have been applied in electronic products.While electronic products achieve this kind of fast processing and high-speed communication,they will also cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding environment;at the same time,they will also experience the electromagnetic interference brought by the surrounding environment,namely EMI and EMS.Therefore,electronic products must be designed by EMC and tested and verified by the corresponding standards in order to ensure their electromagnetic reliability.This paper first introduces the principle and transmission mode of EMI and EMS,then describes the EMC design method of electronic products in detail,and illustrates the importance of EMC design through corresponding cases.Finally,it introduces the testing standards of electronic products and explains the items and methods that should be tested for electronic products.The electromagnetic compatibility of electronic products is designed and guaranteed by testing,verification and rectification.Only by passing the electromagnetic correlation test can we ensure the reliability of its work in the electromagnetic environment.
