道路工程沥青混合料面层施工技术要点

为更好地控制道路施工质量,提高道路交通安全性能,对道路沥青面层施工技术进行研究,分析沥青混合料制备、沥青混合料运输、面层摊铺、碾压整形及接缝处理等关键施工工序的技术操作方法,通过形成标准化的沥青面层施工技术体系,规范施工操作行为。结合沥青面层施工常见的问题,提出面层离析控制、现场检测、面层病害修复处理措施。结果表明,应用沥青混合料面层施工技术,能够改良现有沥青面层施工技术,补全技术短板,建设高品质道路工程。

In order to better control the quality of road construction and improve road traffic safety performance.Through research on the construction technology of road asphalt surface layer,the technical operation methods of key construction processes such as asphalt mixture preparation,asphalt mixture transportation,surface layer paving,rolling shaping,and joint treatment were analyzed.By forming a standardized asphalt surface layer construction technology system,the construction operation behavior was standardized.Based on common problems in asphalt surface construction,measures for surface segregation control,on-site inspection,and surface disease repair are proposed.The results show that through the application of asphalt mixture surface construction technology,the existing asphalt surface construction technology can be improved,the technical deficiency can be completed,and high-quality road engineering can be built.
