在新的历史条件下,做实做细调查研究是回应时代之问的必要举措,也是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的关键一招。为此,习近平总书记围绕“为何要做调查研究、如何开展调查研究”作出系列重要论述,为新时代全党调查研究工作提供了思想和方法指引。习近平总书记关于调查研究论述的方法论既是对马克思主义调查研究理论和中国共产党百余年调查研究历史经验的继承和发扬,更是基于新时代中国特色社会主义实践、面向我国经济社会发展实际和人民群众所需所盼的对调查研究方法论的理论深化与创新。辩证唯物主义的思想理念、以人民为中心的价值取向与理论联系实际的工作方法共同构成习近平关于调查研究论述的方法论体系。

Under the new historical conditions,investigation and research is a necessary measure to respond to the questions of the times,and also a key move to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.According to this,Xi Jinping proposed series of important discussions about why investigation and research should be conducted,and how to carry out investigation and research,providing ideological and methodological guidance for the investigation and research work of the CPC in the new era.The methodology of Xi Jinping's statement about investigation and research is not only the inheritance and development of Marxist investigation and research theory and the CPC's historical experience of more than 100 years of investigation and research,but also the theoretical deepening and innovation of investigation and research methodology based on the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,facing the actual economic and social development of China and the needs of the people.The ideological concept of dialectical materialism,the value orientation centered on the people,and the working method of integrating theory with practice together constitute the methodological system of Xi Jinping's investigation and research statement.
