党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在新时代文化建设方面的新思想、新观点、新论断,形成了一系列具有重大原创性贡献的习近平文化思想。习近平文化思想的原创性贡献建立在马克思恩格斯的文化理论、中华优秀传统文化、中国共产党人关于文化建设的初步探索成果等理论基础之上,主要包括:提出了坚定文化自信并将其纳入中国特色社会主义“四个自信”,提出了“两个结合”特别是“第二个结合”的文化建设方法,提出新时代新的文化使命等。这一理论的提出,标志着中国特色社会主义文化建设达到了新高度,为中国特色社会主义文化建设提供了新遵循,也标注着新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的新担当。
