风浪流载荷下大型海上平台拆解装备起重作业数值模拟

摘要 文章以从事大型海上平台设施拆解、安装作业的海洋工程起重船为例,研究超大型海洋工程起重船在风浪流载荷下的运动特性,通过频域分析得到船舶在波浪载荷下运动响应幅值,进而进行时域分析,得到风浪流载荷下的起重作业动态参数。结果显示,起重船提升大型海上设施时,风浪流引起的船舶运动和起重机载荷动态变化均小于起重机设计能力,在设计工况下大型起重机的作业可行性得到验证。 Taking the offshore crane vessel engaged in the dismantling and installation of large-scale offshore facilities as an example,this paper studied the motion characteristics of the ultra-large offshore crane vessel under wind,wave and current loads.Analyzing the frequency domain obtained the response amplitude of the vessel under wave load,and analyzing the time domain obtained the dynamic parameters of the vessel's lifting operation under wind,wave and current loads.The results show that the vessel motion and crane load dynamic changes caused by wind,wave and current loads are below the design capacity of the crane vessel when lifting large offshore facilities.Therefore,it verifies that the operation of a large crane vessel under the design conditions is feasible.
