摘要
为满足焊丝生产企业对盘条氧化皮机械剥离性的要求,对轧钢过程中钢坯及盘条表面氧化铁皮成分、特性及结构进行分析,通过采取提高加热炉加热段温度到1030℃,降低均热温度到1140℃,提高除鳞压力到30 MPa,降低吐丝温度、风冷辊道速度和出入保温罩温度等工艺优化措施,改善氧化铁皮的机械剥离性,解决了盘条及中间丝表面氧化铁皮去除不净,镀铜后焊丝外观质量差等问题,保证了氧化铁皮的去除和成品焊丝质量的提高。
In order to meet the requirements of welding wire manufacturers for mechanical stripping of wire rod scale,the composition,characteristics and structure of scale on billet and wire rod surface during steel rolling were analyzed.By adopting process optimization measures such as increasing the heating section temperature of heating furnace to 1030℃,reducing soaking temperature to 1140℃,increasing descaling pressure to 30 MPa,reducing spinning temperature,air-cooled roller speed and temperature of entering and leaving the insulation cover,improving the mechanical peeling ability of iron oxide scale,the problems of incomplete removal of iron oxide scale on the surface of wire rods and intermediate wires are solved,as well as poor appearance quality of welding wires after copper plating,ensuring the removal of iron oxide scale and improving the quality of finished welding wires.
