“提锰降钒”对HRB400E力学性能的影响研究

摘要 基于某公司针对Φ12 mm HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋进行的“提锰降钒”生产实践,参考Mn和V的强化机理,统计并分析了两个时期内轧制该规格钢筋的化学成分及力学性能。结果表明:在HRB400E生产实践中,质量分数为0.001%的V对屈服强度的影响近似相等于质量分数为0.020%的Mn对钢材屈服强度的影响。 Based on a company's production practice of"increasing manganese and reducing vanadium"onΦ12 mm HRB400E hot-rolled ribbed steel bars,referring to the strengthening mechanisms of Mn and V,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the rolled steel bars of this specification during the two periods were statistically analyzed.The results show that in the production practice of HRB400E,the effect of V with a mass fraction of 0.001%on yield strength is approximately equal to the effect of Mn with a mass fraction of 0.020%on the yield strength of steel.
