摘要
针对印刷厂反馈的在生产过程中出现个别张印刷走位的问题,进行对比实验,检测分析镰刀弯对开平、印刷的影响。结果表明:镰刀弯越大,直角度、平行度和对角线越差,二次修边会减小镰刀弯。对于镰刀弯较明显的卷,开平时宽度定轨设置略大于实际板宽(即保证带钢轻松通过宽度定轨),能够有效降低印刷走位的比例,开平后的几何尺寸(平行度、直角度和对角线)更优。
In response to feedback from the printing factory regarding individual printing misalignment issues during the production process,comparative experiments were conducted to detect and analyze the impact of sickle bending on flattening and printing.The results show that the larger the sickle bend,the worse the right angle,parallelism,and diagonal,and secondary trimming will reduce the sickle bend.For coils with obvious sickle bends,the width of the flat opening is slightly larger than the actual plate width(i.e.ensuring that the strip steel can easily pass through the width of the fixed track),which can effectively reduce the proportion of printing positioning.The geometric dimensions(parallelism,right angle,and diagonal)after the flat opening are better.
