摘要
介绍了轧机轴承用钢GCr15SiMn的开发及关键工艺,采用真空脱气+连铸+连轧工艺,通过低有害元素控制、精炼高效脱氧、连铸轻压下、中间包感应加热和控轧控冷等技术,使轧机轴承用钢具备纯净度高、有害元素含量低和组织均匀性高的特性,能够满足用户要求,产品质量达到国际先进水平。
This paper introduces the development and key processes of GCr15SiMn steel for rolling mill bearings.The process adopts vacuum degassing+continuous casting+continuous rolling,and through technologies such as low harmful element control,refining and efficient deoxidation,continuous casting and light reduction,intermediate ladle induction heating,and controlled rolling and controlled cooling,the steel for rolling mill bearings has the characteristics of high purity,low harmful element content,and high tissue uniformity,which can meet user requirements and achieve international advanced level of product quality.
