摘要
以煤矸石、回收废弃耐材、电石渣、电解铝碳渣等工业固废为主要原料,进行了钢包覆盖剂的制备试验研究,通过试验对比确定了碱性钢包覆盖剂适宜的化学组成和性能指标范围;在试验配方的基础上,采用喷雾造粒的生产工艺生产了低成本的中空颗粒型碱性钢包覆盖剂产品,并进行了工业应用试验。试验结果表明,研制的覆盖剂产品铺展性好,保温效果明显,使用过程环保无污染,成本低廉,达到了预期目标。
Experiments of covering powder for ladle were developed to confirm chemical composition and index range with some industrial solid wastes such as coal gangue,recycled refractories,carbide slag and carbide residue of electric aluminium.Using the spray drying process and on the basis of previous tests,low priced covering powder was produced and carried out application.The experimental results show that the developed covering agent product has good spreading performance,obvious insulation effect,environmentally friendly and pollution-free use process,low cost,and achieved the expected goals.
