摘要
基于标准JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》与GB/T 4336—2016《碳素钢和中低合金钢多元素含量的测定火花放电原子发射光谱法(常规法)》,分析直读光谱仪测量合金钢中碳的不确定度的来源,然后建立数学模型,计算得出检测结果中碳含量的不确定度,并且针对两个影响显著的因素提出了改进意见。
Based on the standard JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty and GB/T 4336-2016 Determination of Multielement Content in Carbon Steel and Medium and Low Alloy Steel-Spark Discharge Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(Conventional Method),the sources of uncertainty in measuring carbon in alloy steel using a direct reading spectrometer are analyzed.Then,a mathematical model is established to calculate the uncertainty of carbon content in the detection results,and improvement suggestions were proposed for the two factors that have a significant impact on it.
