摘要
以AGC450六辊轧机为例,介绍一种基于SolidWorks分析的六辊轧机关键机构模态分析方法。该方法由SolidWorks软件利用轧机关键机构主要参数构建出三维模型,通过对三维模型的网格划分后,对模型进行刚度与强度及模态分析,以确定各阶次模态下轧机关键机构工作频率与固有频率之间的差异,从而为六辊轧机关键机构的设计与运行控制提供支持,具有一定实际应用价值。
Taking the AGC450 six high rolling mill as an example,this paper introduces a modal analysis method for the key mechanism of the six high rolling mill based on SolidWorks analysis.This method uses SolidWorks software to construct a three-dimensional model using the main parameters of the key mechanism of the rolling mill.After meshing the three-dimensional model,the stiffness,strength,and modal analysis of the model are carried out to determine the difference between the working frequency and natural frequency of the key mechanism of the rolling mill under different modes.This provides support for the design and operation control of the key mechanism of the six roll rolling mill,and has certain practical application value.
