H62黄铜合金连续挤压过程数值模拟分析

摘要 连续挤压技术是制造超长棒材、管材和型材等的新型挤压技术,该生产技术不仅材料利用率高,而且节能效果显著、具有很高的生产效率。基于TLJ250连续挤压机,利用DEFORM软件对连续挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,分析挤压轮转速对连续挤压成形过程的影响。从温度场和速度场的对比可知,挤压轮转速为6 r/min时,坯料在定径带的中心处和边缘处的温度差最小,约为89℃,且流速差也最小,大约为163 mm/s。 Continuous extrusion technology is a new type of extrusion technology for manufacturing ultra long bars,pipes,and profiles.This production technology not only has high material utilization,but also significant energy-saving effects and high production efficiency.Based on the TLJ250 continuous extrusion machine,numerical simulation of the continuous extrusion forming process was conducted using DEFORM software,and the influence of extrusion wheel speed on the continuous extrusion forming process was analyzed.From the comparison of temperature and velocity fields,it can be seen that when the extrusion wheel speed is 6 r/min,the temperature difference between the center and edge of the fixed diameter belt of the billet is the smallest,about 89℃,and the flow rate difference is also the smallest,about 163 mm/s.
