摘要
新钢烧结矿占入炉含铁原料的75%~85%,烧结矿质量的稳定对高炉顺行至关重要。基于新钢提出的打造千万吨钢企的目标,要求高炉产量大幅上升,而为满足高炉用料,烧结矿产量也要相应提高。通过优化配矿结构、改进设备设施、提高混合料温、解决混合料斗积料和返矿落地等生产过程的难点问题,使得烧结矿固体燃料吨耗下降明显,利用系数大幅提升,取得了良好的经济效果。
Sintered ore from Xinyu Steel accounts for 75%~85%of the iron containing raw materials in the furnace,and the stability of sintered ore quality is crucial for the smooth operation of the blast furnace.Based on the goal of building a steel enterprise with millions of tons proposed by Xinyu Steel,it is required to significantly increase the production of blast furnaces,and to meet the needs of blast furnace materials,the production of sintered ore should also be correspondingly increased.Through optimizing the ore blending structure,improving equipment and facilities,increasing the temperature of the mixture,and solving the difficult problems in the production process such as material accumulation in the mixing hopper and returning to the ground,the effect is significant.The solid fuel consumption per ton of sintered ore has significantly decreased,and the utilization coefficient has been greatly increased,achieving good economic results.
