摘要
8月份,首钢长钢9号高炉在冶炼过程中炉身下部区域频繁出现渣皮脱落现象,针对渣皮脱落的原因以及对高炉冶炼的影响进行分析,通过采取加强原燃料管控、上部装调制度调整、优化下部送风制度、活跃炉缸以及加强炉前出铁组织等措施,炉身下部区域渣皮脱落现象得到有效控制,炉况稳定性提高,高炉利用系数提高0.09 t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比降低约14.5 kg/t,为日后高炉稳定顺行和经济指标的完成积累了宝贵经验。
In view of the phenomenon of slag crust falling off frequently in the lower part of shaft during the smelting process of Changgang No.9 blast furnace in August,the causes of slag skin falling off and its influence on blast furnace smelting are briefly explained.This paper focuses on the measures taken by No.9 blast furnace to strengthen the control of raw materials,adjust the upper adjustment system,optimize the lower air supply system,activate the hearth and strengthen the tapping organization.The practice shows that by adopting the above measures,the slag peel off phenomenon in the lower part of shaft is effectively controlled,the stability of the furnace condition is improved,the utilization coefficient of the blast furnace is increased by 0.09 t/(m^(3)·d),and the fuel ratio is reduced by about 14.5 kg/t,which accumulates valuable experience for the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and the completion of economic indicators in the future.
