摘要
当今中国工矿业发展速度与产量都处于世界领先水平,但是存在生产工艺落后、科技水平不高、自动化和智能化程度较低、人员工作强度大、生产效能低、资源利用率低、故障发现不及时、员工数量大、成本高等许多待转型的情况,针对工业生产的源头问题,对工业传送带上矿石颗粒的自动判别系统进行研究,设计有关数学模型,实现了矿石大小的自动判定,不仅解放了部分生产力,降低工人的劳动强度,还实现了全天不间断监测,程序还可针对不合格情况实现自动报警功能,为实现矿山行业智能化、无人化改造奠定了一定基础。
The current development speed and output of China's industrial and mining industry are at the world's leading level,but there are many situations that need to be transformed,such as outdated production processes,low levels of technology,low automation and intelligence,high labor intensity,low production efficiency,low resource utilization,untimely fault detection,large number of employees,and high costs.In response to the source problems of industrial production,research was conducted on the automatic discrimination system for ore particles on industrial conveyor belts,and mathematical models were designed to achieve automatic determination of ore size.This not only liberated some productivity and reduced labor intensity for workers,but also achieved uninterrupted monitoring throughout the day.The program can also achieve automatic alarm function for unqualified situations,laying a certain foundation for the intelligent and unmanned transformation of the mining industry.
